As part of a dynamic, forward-moving organization, your responsibilities include managing and maintaining all business and technical aspects of digital analytics and tag management, working with cross-functional teams, and producing relevant traffic and performance dashboards and reports from multiple internal data sources to provide data driven insights with demonstrable ability to apply user behaviour data to influence web design and personalization.

 

You strive to continually improve the digital experience by analysing customer surveys and digital behaviours and work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for digital improvement. You bring extensive experience in Javascript and HTML and follow best practices for development, analytics, SEO and digital marketing.

 

You are a data-driven, detail-oriented, strategic team player who embraces change and is motivated to adopt new technologies. You have excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills and are a self-starter with a strong focus on customer service.

 

You hold a degree or diploma in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or equivalent operational work-related experience. You have a minimum of 2 years’ direct experience working in a digital analytics role, and are familiar with Google Analytics and/or Matomo Analytics and Tag Managers. You have extensive experience in advanced web analytics methodologies including attribution, segment based reporting, and A/B testing and regularly influence change by creating persuasive, data-driven recommendations for enhancing the digital customer experience.
