Wealth Management Assistant

We are looking for a diligent, dedicated and client-centred Wealth Assistant to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank Financial.


Your Role


  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, our team, National Bank Financial, and external collaborators
  • Provide superior and prompt client service in-person, on the phone, and by email
  • Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support growth and business development for the Wealth Management Advisor and team
  • Carry out transactions within all accounts including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and FX exchanges
  • Open new client files and manage existing client files in accordance with compliance regulations
  • Manage all other documentation in accordance with compliance regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date client profiles using our CRM
  • Closely monitor day-to-day transactions and track new deposits
  • Manage the Wealth Management Advisor’s schedule in a proactive and pragmatic way by schedule appointments, preparing for client meetings, and following-up on action items
  • Assist with the dissemination of client communication
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules are always respected

Reporting to the regional manager, you will work with an Investment Advisor at a single branch in a client-facing environment.

Required Skills


Qualifications


  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Organizational and priority management skills
  • Desire to create and facilitate an exceptional client experience
