British Columbia’s Natural Resource Ministries (NRM) are the stewards of the Province’s Crown land and natural resources that reflect the diverse values and interests of all British Columbians. Natural Resource Information & Digital Services (NRIDS) is leading the modernization and transformation of business practices for the NRM through continuous improvement projects, new technology options and operational information management/information technology (IM/IT). NRIDS provides leadership for IM/IT planning, policy and business process solutions and is also the single authority for all information and technology across the NRM.
The Triage Team Lead provides technology support services, staff supervision and development, and implementation of operational program policies and procedures. As an effective supervisor, you serve as a positive role model for your team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment and ensuring timely service delivery. You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal with complex and sensitive issues using diplomacy and sound judgment. Qualifications for this role include:
• Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience providing customer support services in a fast-paced environment.
