Are you detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills? We are searching for a Senior Technical Functional Analyst Catering to support our catering point of sale application solution. You have overall responsibility for ensuring the appropriate configuration and user-level security for this application. You oversee the technical aspects of installation, maintenance and support of the catering software and hardware, including application servers, workstations, peripherals and payment solutions. You translate business requirements into systems that enable the adaptability and availability of this application. You provide configuration and support, ensuring availability of all production test environments. You are responsible for the process workflow evaluation and documentation, gap analysis, evaluating and recommending solutions. You test systems for patches, upgrades and interface compatibility with other systems and develop comprehensive scripts and perform audits on existing scripts.
You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or an IT related field. You have experience in supporting Oracle catering software and hardware, or similar point of sale software solutions. You also have experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases. Experience with credit card payment systems and PCI compliance standards would be considered an asset.
