There are currently 3 positions available. We offer flexible work arrangements, including the opportunity to volunteer to telework (with conditions) as set out in applicable employer policies. This position can be performed from any location within the province of British Columbia where there is sufficient cellular coverage and stable high speed internet coverage for video conferencing.
This corporate posting will be used to establish a cross-ministry eligibility list to fill future permanent vacancies in multiple ministries and locations identified in this posting. Positions from the list will be offered in rank order, as vacancies arise, based on the locations applicants have selected during the hiring process.
Senior Scrum Master
$72,724.97 - $83,014.85 annually plus 9.9% Temporary Market Adjustment

Senior Scrum Masters support one or more of our cross functional agile teams that follow scrum rituals while working in a matrix based organizational structure. They participate and contribute to a community of practice made up of Portfolio Owners and Scrum Masters who learn and support each other in a chapter, while helping their specific Agile teams deliver client value.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Degree in the Information Technology or Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or in a directly related field and 3 years related experience; or
- Diploma in the Information technology or Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or in a directly related field and 4 years related experience; or
- Certification from a recognized institution in the Information technology or Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or in a directly related field and 5 years related experience; or
- Some completed course work in the Information technology or Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or in a directly related field and 6 years related experience; or
- A combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.
