SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE BUSINESS SYSTEMS

You are a dynamic leader, and an integral member of the IT Management team. You encourage your team to drive for results, meet goals, creating value for the organization. As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Systems, you are responsible for providing leadership to teams that manage HR, Labour, Finance, Supply chain, Maintenance & Inventory, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Application integration and document management applications. As well as stakeholder management, leadership and mentoring of applications staff, which includes outsourced, hosted and internal supported applications.
You also manage vendor services for support, professional services, and training needs, evaluate vendor performance, research new solutions for upgrades or enhancements, and assist in budget planning.
You have 10+ years of progressive experience in the IT industry, including progressive application management experience. In addition, you have broad experience with the Enterprise application suite (Oracle / Maximo / Microsoft) of applications and a strong ERP consulting experience. A good working knowledge of ITIL practices would be an asset. You also have a Bachelor’s degree in business or computer sciences, Accounting designation or MBA.
You have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills including time management.
You have excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to recommend and influence changes and policies to others. You can effectively lead and motivate others and have the ability to lead in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
