What you'll be doing...
As the Senior Applications Analyst, you will be working closely with business stakeholders and members of IT to ensure the successful delivery of new applications and maintain critical enterprise applications and services used for the successful operation of BC Transit.
We have a mix of commercial, off-the-shelf software (with a mix of legacy and modern applications) in-house applications and SaaS, Vendor-Hosted systems. This role is focused on architecting, building, and integrating a variety of these systems to create lasting business solutions.
Additionally, this role will also support the overall Digital First Workplace program and will become a key player within the Information Technology Services department. Through extensive collaboration with internal teams such as Cyber Security, Privacy, Information Management, and Infrastructure, you will help guide the organization in selecting the best applications possible for both on-premises and cloud solutions.
