Retail/Hospitality Systems Implementation Specialist

Orca Dynamics is looking for an energetic outgoing individual to work in the fast paced Hospitality Point of Sale Industry. We have been in business for 20 years supporting local businesses and are expanding again. Position will be full time with paths for advancement.

Responsibilities:

-Good understanding how to operate a Windows computer

-Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10, 8, and 7)

-Support and configuration of POS

-Internet and phone support for all store locations

-Investigating and performing research and development to resolve software issues

Requirements:

-Ability to adhere to deadlines

-Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to vendors and associates

-Strong technical documentation skills and analysis/problem solving ability.

-Self-Starter -- associate is expected to manage their own time and work a full professional day

-Lift, maneuver, and install equipment, often in confined spaces

-Ability to work a full-time schedule. Some holidays and off-hours (nights and weekends) work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $41,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
