Receptionist / Administrator

Sidney, BC

Holmes Realty is hiring for an experienced Receptionist/Residential Conveyancer for our firm. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to oversee our busy front office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all visitors to our office in addition to conveyancing transactions.


Candidates must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, the ability to think logically and problem solve. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills are a must. Some knowledge of bookkeeping would be an great advantage. Knowledge of Real Estate conveyancing also a benefit, but not a requirement. Training will be available.

This is a 9 to 5, Monday to Friday full-time position at our offices in Sidney.
