The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Loves working with business analysts and customers to create innovative solutions for their problems 
  • Is organized and works well within established processes and code style
  • Thrives in an environment where they may be tasked to multiple projects at a time
  • Able to switch gears to manage shifting priorities
  • Is continually learning about new technologies and adapting their approach to solving problems
  • Creates and fosters great relationships across different organizations


Responsibilities: 

  • Designing and developing custom applications for the Helm CONNECT customer base
  • Developing complex integrations between Helm CONNECT and third-party software
  • Breaking down requirements and participating in or leading ticket grooming
  • Peer code review
  • Creating clear and functional test cases


Skill Requirements:

  • 3+ years of development experience
  • Knowledge of the following software technologies: C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, T-SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of the following development tools: Visual Studio, Git/Github, PowerShell
  • Strong ability to translate requirements discussions into detailed and accurate Jira tickets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines


The following assets are considered a bonus: 

  • Exposure and familiarity with DevOps work
  • Experience working with AWS
