The Job

We are seeking a Product Manager who will provide support in the production of proprietary state-of-the-art electromagnetic technologies. As part of our team, you will be responsible in managing a new linear electric motor product Iris is bringing to market


Tasks

  • Understanding and representing client, staff, and company needs
  • Managing resources and find appropriate prioritizations 
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses-
  • Helping to define the vision for the product.
  • Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product. 
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
  • Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
  • Identify and fix small problems before they become big ones
  • Perform other job duties as assigned


Your Skills

As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong mechanical intuition, diagnostic skills, and extremely high attention to detail. Experience in the pneumatics industry would be a strong plus.


You will have good social skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be able to give criticism respectfully and receive it constructively. Your sense of humour and work ethic are a big asset.  


You will be fine working for periods of time with little supervision. A wide range of tasks and changing responsibilities should excite you.  


Necessary Qualifications

  • All exceptional applications will be considered
  • 3-5 years experience in: BD, marketing, sales, or engineering
  • Previous experience with Pneumatics, PLCs, and other automation technologies 
  • Previous experience managing projects or products
  • Attention to detail & the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to problems
  • Exceptional communication skills required
  • Computer literate; familiar with MS Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
