Operations Manager

Victoria, BC

We are a multi-unit franchise located in Victoria, BC. We have two Dairy Queen's and an Orange Julius location. We are looking for an Operations Manager to work with our Managers to ensure all systems and routines are in place and met. Our ideal candidate will be able to stop by the businesses during the week and on weekends, is willing to jump in and help, work 30-40hrs/wk and have a vehicle to drive between the stores. We are looking for someone with previous management experience and a solid work history and references.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage operation of restaurants with Store Managers
  • Maintain critical standards for product and service quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, and speed of service.
  • Ensure that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Execute audits to ensure standards are being met
  • Multi tasking. The ability to jump in and help where needed.
  • Ensure guest service in all areas meets company standards
  • Maintain/track Skip ordering on a daily basis
  • Expected to exercise good judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the Owner/Area Manager.
  • Organize and implement Local Store Marketing
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Owner/Area Manager.
