Marketing Coordinator

Job Brief:


You will be a key part of Pani’s marketing team working with a marketing lead. Marketing is about understanding people and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and versatile marketing coordinator who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience implementing marketing campaigns while working collaboratively within a team, and will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.


Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will be supporting Pani with brand awareness, recognition & lead generation
  • Assist with marketing strategy & execution
  • Assist with development of marketing collateral, including case-studies, website, brochures, and related material
  • Manage & coordinate content marketing activities including blogs, audio & video material
  • Manage social media platforms and communications
  • Assist with identify target audiences, and implement marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Help analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Work with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience implementing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools


Nice to have:

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Experience within the cleantech or water industry
  • Experience with graphic design applications
  • Experience working with press and media contacts


Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
