We are a dynamic and growing market and food truck seeking a part time Kitchen Assistant looking to grow with our company. We are looking for an excited new team member who wishes to learn new techniques and produce nutritious local food. The ideal candidate would have experience in cooking, be physically capable as there is some heavy lifting, independent and capable of prepping unassisted at times becoming well versed in all our processes.

Things we’re looking for:

  • Background kitchen experience
  • A strong work ethic and effective time management
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs (the weight of a keg)
  • An owner’s eye with a positive attitude

**Bonus points for someone who marvels at the wonderful world of fermentation and our local food systems
