  • You work within an IT project team and you perform a comprehensive range of tasks in support of projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you coordinate project activities to help ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. You assist with the planning and implementation of projects, and you respond to day-to-day communications as required.
  • You establish and maintain confidential, comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules, issue/action logs, risk registers, project reports, status updates and sustainment handover.
  • You schedule, coordinate, attend and publish minutes for workshops and meetings.
  • You assist in the procurement of services and materials.
  • You prepare the development of project schedules, updating and reporting progress of the projects on a regular basis for the Project Managers.
  • You follow the Project Management Office processes, ensuring that projects are aligned with corporate governance policies.
  • You have project and/or administrative experience in Information Technology, with experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
  • You have experience with projects, tracking program and project issues, risks and changes. Experience with project financials would be an asset.
  • You have the demonstrated ability to drive toward results, and ensure high-quality standards and complete requirements are met.
  • You have a post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or an IT related discipline. Project Management training or certification would be an asset (PMP/CAPM).
