Full Stack Developer – Level 3
$66,557.72 - $75,884.38 annually plus 6.6% Temporary Market Adjustment
There is currently one position available. While the main division is located in Victoria, we strive to offer work options to our team members. Other locations within British Columbia may be considered and there may be an opportunity to volunteer to telework (with some conditions) as set out in applicable employer policies.
This corporate posting will also be used to establish a cross-ministry eligibility list to fill future permanent vacancies in multiple ministries and locations identified in this posting. Positions from the list will be offered in rank order, as vacancies arise, based on the locations applicants have selected during the hiring process. Some positions may be performed from any location within the province of BC through a telework agreement, other positions may have office-based requirements. Applicants will be asked to indicate their preferred work location(s) at a later stage in the process.

The Full Stack Developer - Level 3 is responsible for the development and delivery of scalable web applications in a continuous deployment environment. Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Management field and two years of experience as a Full Stack Developer plus *related experience; OR
- Diploma in Information Technology/Information Management field and three years of experience as a Full Stack Developer plus *related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and/or related experience may be considered.
- *Related experience includes:
- Experience using a variety of modern development tools, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript libraries, relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with API development and integration and continuous development environments.
