DESCRIPTION:

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be expected to uphold Boston Pizza standards while supporting both Front of House and heart of House staff. The position requires energetic, engaged individuals that thrive in a team-work focused, dynamtic environment. This position is part time with the possibility of moving to full time.   • Has previous restaurant experience, preference to those with supervisor experience
  • Leads by example and works alongside their team members

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Being the first point of contact for customer concerns on shift
  • Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, both for front of house and back of house
  • Table touching
  • Training new front of house staff
