SUMMARY
The primary function of the Digital Marketing Specialist position is to provide Caorda’s clients with digital marketing related strategy and services. This position is a combination of independent work along with customer facing meetings and communication. It is an important part of Caorda’s service and product delivery, and is key in ensuring a positive customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and execute digital marketing strategies for Caorda’s clients
• Support the implementation of web projects by ensuring pre and post launch SEO considerations are being met and implemented
• Provide content strategy and implementation on web projects
• Produce regular relevant content, blog and articles for a variety of clients/industries
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Set up and manage social media advertising campaigns
• Execute social media posting campaigns using the most popular social media platforms
• Produce reports for customers for SEO/SEM campaigns
• Analyze Google Analytics for trends, opportunities and be able to identify issues requiring attention
• Setup and optimize Google Business pages
• Produce and manage email marketing campaigns
• Complete web site audits from an SEO/SEM and usability perspective
• Contact and engage clients on a regular basis to establish and develop rapport within the context of providing SEO/SEM related advice and information
• Coordinate the implementation of multiple tasks and projects at one time
• Establish, communicate, and adhere to budgets and timelines
• Work closely with the entire Caorda team to balance priorities and ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services/sales opportunities to existing/new customers
• Participate in the cohesive social media voice of Caorda, including contributing to blog posts and newsletters
• Assist with the development and execution of Caorda’s marketing and communication initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
• Very strong understanding of the web, including websites, CMS, SEO, SEM, and Email marketing
• Google Ads experience (Certification preferred)
• Facebook advertising experience with more than a cursory understanding
• Strong understanding of organic SEO principles
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience working with Google Search Console
• Clear and concise writing and communication techniques
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to focus on the details and manage time/budgets effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic experience with HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of WordPress
• Experience with Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
