Position Highlights:

Do you have the passion and drive to provide exceptional, industry-leading customer service? If so, we want you to bring your high energy and enthusiasm to our fast paced contact centre where achieving First Call Resolution is a key customer service target. As a Customer Contact Representative you will provide first contact customer service for a diverse range of enquiries related to driver licensing, BC Services Cards, and road safety initiatives.

You have:

  • A genuine joy of working with other people to seek out solutions and help solve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • An interest to work on the phone to assist with callers’ enquiries on a wide variety of issues.
  • The willingness to access systems and documents during a call, take relevant notes, and relay information.
  • A desire to be an active and engaged partner working with our customers to deliver quality service. Please note these positions require sitting for extended periods of time and wearing a telephone headset.

This position is with MoveUP, the Movement of United Professionals.


Shifts will be scheduled within the hours of operation. Full time training will take place over 12 weeks from Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.


Current operational hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:05 pm
  • Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:05 pm Part time hours of work may range up to 75% of regular bi-weekly hours.


Position Requirements

  • Completed grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills in a high volume environment
  • Previous contact centre experience is strongly preferred.
  • Successful completion of a data entry.
  • Formal review of criminal and driving record check Only candidates legally entitled to work in Canada will be considered for this position.
