See if this sounds like you: as the first point-of-contact for the Corporate Human Resources department, you thrive in a customer-focused environment, have a passion for people, and your goal is providing a full range of administrative support to the Corporate HR team.

 

As a seasoned administrative professional, you take pride in providing confidential administrative support and guidance to management and employees regarding benefits, policies and procedures, the Collective Agreement and Employment Standards. Data entry is one of the skills you have mastered and you enjoy the administration associated with internal and external recruitment. With a cheerful and enthusiastic nature, you provide a full range of Human Resources administrative and employee-related services, including processing, verifying, and registering relevant documentation, preparing various reports and spreadsheets, and maintaining employee records.

 

You are a detail-oriented administrative professional, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to easily build rapport with others, and exercise effective time management and organizational techniques. You work well under time constraints and can effectively manage competing priorities. You maintain the highest level of confidentiality and utilize excellent judgement and problem-solving skills. You are proficient in the use of MS Office applications, Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS or equivalent), and are familiar with HR reporting systems and database programs such as Oracle and Cognos.

 

You have a post-secondary education in Business Administration or in a related field and /or a minimum of three years corporate office or executive office experience.
