This position is suited for an cook or chef who is passionate about cooking and looking to learn. You will be a key member of a small crew, where you will be responsible for setting up your station every day, and work closely with more senior cooks/chefs on developing daily features. We are a scratch kitchen so the ideal candidate will have good knife skills and the ability to follow a recipe and work with limited supervision. While we offer a flexible schedule this position will require availability on weekends and holidays.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Maintaining your station

-Contributing to the feature menu items daily/semi-daily

-Ensuring high quality execution of the regular menu as well features

-Executing prep jobs, following recipes

-Providing guidance to dishwashers, junior cooks

Food safe: Preferred

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40hrs/ week)

Salary: From $18.00-20.00 per hour plus Gratuities ($2+/hr)

Kitchen team members get a free meal every day, as well as discounted food on days off.
