Roy Group is a small leadership development firm located on the traditional territory of the WSÁNEĆ people on the Southern tip of Vancouver Island. Through experiential learning and engaged practice, we are positioning people to be better leaders. And inviting leaders to be better people. We want to equip a complex world with its next generation of Mentors. As an organization, we try not to take ourselves too seriously, but our standards are high, and we have some ridiculously strong convictions about what we do and how we do it.
