BC Oil and Gas Commission

The Commission is the provincial agency responsible for regulating energy development in British Columbia, including exploration for oil and gas, renewable geothermal energy, pipeline transportation and reclamation. With experience built on more than two decades of service, the Commission offers expertise on all aspects of oil and gas, and geothermal activities – requiring regulatory compliance from the moment a company submits an application through to final reclamation.
