Position Title: Comfort Advisor ($150,0000-$250,000)

Position Type:
· Full time, commission based ($150,000+)
· Outside sales, majority of appointments pre set
· Territory is South Vancouver Island and Duncan
Description of Duties:
· Maintaining relationships with our existing client base
· Establishing new relationships with potential clients
· Developing new lead generation strategies
· Networking within the community to build awareness of the brand
· Meeting with homeowners to establish their needs and measure jobs
· Setting weekly/monthly goals to drive year end sales targets
· Working with admin to take care of your sales admin needs
Skills and requirements:
· Minimum 1 year sales experience
· Must have valid driver's license and vehicle
· Industry experience an asset
· Experience in measuring projects
· Experience in Service Titan an asset
· Networking ability
· Excellent organizational skills
· Thoroughness and reliability
Compensation: $150,000-$250,000 per year
