Chef or Kitchen Manager

Hey Chefs, Sous Chefs, Kitchen Managers: 


Are you looking for a change? Have a creative role in a streamlined kitchen. The Drake Eatery is looking for someone to oversee food menu development, to review our processes and to train staff. We purchase quality ingredients from local suppliers, and prepare them fresh and simply (no deep fried items). A one page menu. Kitchen is fitted with electric equipment only. Lots of natural light. You can work up to 40 hours a week and some of those shifts can be front of house, if you like. Weekends a must. Be a part of our leadership team. Wage negotiable based on skill set.
