Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

 

•   Secondary school graduation or equivalent and one (1) year of *related experience.


*Related Experience must include the following:

•   Experience with electronic calendar management. 

•   Experience providing administrative support including travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and appointments.

•   Experience providing financial support services (such as: financial transactions/activities, accounts payable, purchasing, petty cash reconciliation).


Preference may be given to applicants with:

•   Experience in supporting human resources (such as hiring, payroll or leave management).

•   Experience with coordination and organization of meetings and events.

•   Experience providing project support services.
