Our Bakers and Bakery Assistants learn everything it takes to consistently produce our delicious doughnuts, and other amazing sweet and savoury baked goods, from scratch. This is the perfect position for anyone that loves baking, working as a part of a strong team, taking pride in their work, and crushing it with the help of delicious coffee.
Qualifications:
- An unending love of baking and everything about it
- A positive attitude
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to lift heavy objects (40 lbs) and to stand for long periods of time
- The ability to communicate effectively in English
- Available and excited to work early mornings and weekends (shifts start as early as 4:00am)
- A confident handle of basic math
- Previous experience in baking is strongly preferred but not necessary

Main Duties:
- Following recipes correctly to craft high quality products
- Frying & glazing doughnuts with precision in a timely manner
- Working with a team to complete doughnut orders on time
- Bake-Off
- Prepping products
- Cleaning and preparing the bakery for the morning
