First Transit is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Victoria, B.C
Responsibilities include performing or assisting in any / all of the following duties:
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
• Answer and handle inquires in a professional manner
• Enter data into the VMS system on a daily basis
• Filing
• Additional projects, duties and tasks as assigned
Qualification Criteria:
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills essential
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Strong knowledge of computers including Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Superior keyboarding skills
• Detail oriented
• Innovative and energetic with strong initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
